Tomato and Onion Salad in Bowl

This light and tangy Tomato Salad is literally a 5 minute recipe.   The ingredient list includes only 4 items, yep only 4, and all of them good for you.

The perfect pair for this salad in our household is curry, any curry will work, but this one’s our favourite.

Its lovely citrus twist makes it so juicy and refreshing.  A real 4 ingredient wonder that’s healthy too.  As long as you like tomato and onion, I absolutely promise that you’ll love this recipe.

Tomato Salad

This simple and delicious tomato salad is the perfect match for a robust curry or anything for that matter. Quick and easy to make - enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
  • 1 Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Cut tomato into small portions, place into salad bowl.
  • Peel and slice onion, place with tomato
  • Using a small sieve, sprinkle paprika over tomato and onion.
  • Drizzle lemon juice over salad and mix to combine.
